HOW THE UNDO METHOD WAS BORN:

I created the UNDO Method after years of trying everything - mindset work, nervous system work, somatics, hypnosis, visualization, affirmations, you name it.

Some of it helped … but none of it stuck.

I would have moments of clarity or relief, but I’d always end up back in the same place:

Overthinking. Doubting myself. Sabotaging anything good that came my way. Letting fear guide my decisions.

I felt so much frustration every day because I was “doing” all the things and taking all the action toward my goals - but still not seeing results.

It wasn’t because I didn’t want to change or wasn’t “doing enough.” It was because my system didn’t feel safe enough to fully transform and step into the life I wanted.

I realized the problem wasn’t my effort - it was my state.

I was stuck in survival mode.

And until I could bring my brain and body into coherence, nothing was ever going to last.

That realization changed everything.

I began experimenting with different tools, modalities, and sequences - until I discovered the exact 4-step process that finally got me unstuck.

A process that aligned my nervous system and rewired my patterns in a way I’d never experienced before.

That process became the UNDO Method.

And it’s been the foundation of every breakthrough I’ve had since - and the foundation of all the work I do.
