I’ve spent most of my life challenging the status quo. I’ve always been a bit of a rule breaker, feeling a deep dissonance between how we’re told to live and what’s really “true” about reality. Because of this, I’ve often felt like an outcast - thinking differently than most people, questioning systems, digging deeper, and following my own path when traditional routes don’t feel aligned.

This naturally led to my love for cultural analysis, neuroscience, conspiracy theories, and uncovering the “truth” about reality.

I wanted to find a way to bring all of this together, so I created UNDO: the world’s first media platform reverse-engineering the human experience. Our mission is to open people’s eyes to the truth about reality, while providing frameworks to undo the limitations we’ve been taught and reclaim power and autonomy over our lives.

The Rules That Shape Your Reality

Neuroscience shows that we don’t see the world through our eyes - we see it through our brain. Every belief, pattern, and “rule” you’ve been taught about how life works gets wired into your unconscious mind as truth, shaping your perception, decisions, and what you believe is possible for you.

The problem is, the rules we accept as truth weren’t created for our freedom - they were designed by modern systems to keep us stuck and limited. These systems condition us to believe there’s a “right” and “wrong” way to live, and over time, those rules become hardwired into your brain and nervous system as fact - controlling how you think, act, and experience reality.

So even when you want more, your brain filters your reality through those limitations, keeping you stuck in the same patterns - and ultimately recreating the same lived experience. But the intersection of our biology and universal laws proves something different: these rules aren’t fixed - they’re learned, which means they can be rewritten.

My Story

I spent the first 5 years of my personal development journey not only investing time, energy, and money into Neuroscience education and coursework, but also trying to understand who I truly was and how I could start living to my potential.

Up until 2020, I lived with extreme childhood trauma, chronic anxiety, depression, lack of confidence and self worth, poor quality relationships, no friendships, crying every day at my 9-5 job because it felt completely misaligned, and constantly questioning my purpose.

It wasn’t until I started to break down my unconscious conditioning and replace it with an identity aligned with my inner truth that everything began to change. My mental health improved. I met my soulmate. I built meaningful friendships. I started my dream business. And I began to feel grounded in myself.

I am living proof that when you rewire your internal rules, your entire experience of life changes.
